The Métronomis luminaire was manufactured by Philips. This example comes from Brussels, but the luminaire has also been deployed in Charleroi and Saint-Ghislain. It is fitted with a 150-watt high-pressure sodium lamp, but it can easily be converted to LEDs, provided that the auxiliary is neutralised for sodium (an easy operation).

Nissen work lantern. It dates from the 80s and 90s. It is fitted with a filament bulb (incandescent). It runs on two 6-volt batteries.

Lanterns used for work with petroleum (some used paraffin). It dates from the 50s and 60s, and can still be found in the early 80s alongside electric lanterns.
